Exchange students
RAMA has a vivid international milieu and accepts approximately 20 exchange students every year. Most of them apply through the Nordplus or Erasmus+ programmes.

RAMA only allows mobility applications via MobilityOnline (Link below)
The application deadline for exchange students is March 1st.

Applying process:
- All students must apply through Mobility Online: https://mobility.aec-music.eu/LoginServlet.
- All students must be nominated by their home institution as part of the application process.
- Please note that there is a process connected to the sending institution and several steps to be completed before the application can be finally submitted to RAMA.
- For institutions not using Mobility Online: please note that when one of your students apply in Mobility Online, the specified coordinator at your institution will automatically receive an autogenerated e-mail from the system. From here you must nominate (approve) the application. Following this nomination, it will appear as an application to be assessed by RAMA.
The application
RAMA will only assess applications that are complete by deadline and include:
- Study plan: Study programme, number of ECTS and main subject (the learning agreement will be prepared at a later stage if admitted at RAMA)
- Curriculum Vitae
- Letter of Motivation
- Request for specific teacher
- Functional link to Audition recording
- Photo
- Transcript of records
IMPORTANT DATES
- 1 January 2025 – 1 March 2025 – Application system is open.
- 1 March 2025 00.00 hrs. CET – Strict deadline for complete applications including nominations by home institution and upload of all required documents.
- Mid-March 2025 – Applications forwarded to the selection committee.
- May 2025- Expected reply to submitted applications.
