Nicolas Sublet

Adjunkt, violin

Diversity, sincerity and curiosity depict the musical personality of the French violinist Nicolas Sublet.
His studies in the greatest conservatories in Europe (CNSM of Lyon in France, HEM of Geneva in Switzerland, UdK Berlin in Germany, DJM in Aarhus), gave him the desire to expand his repertoire, which now ranges from baroque music to contemporary music;  from performance as a soloist to chamber music or in an orchestra and from concert in its classical format to experimental performance.

He played his Debut-concert in 2019 and won several international competition prizes in France, Denmark and Slovenia.
Nicolas Sublet has been teaching violin at the DJM since 2019. He is currently solo violinist of the Randers Kammerorkester/ Danish Sinfonietta, member of the Ensemble Hermes in Aarhus and Le Concert Ideal in France.

Passionate about chamber music, he has the chance to participate in many festivals and play with famous artists like Philippe Berrod, François Dumont, Raphaël Merlin, Antje Weithaas, Tabea Zimmerman or Jean-Guihen Queyras.
