Songwriting

The Songwriting major is designed for students who wish to develop the skills required for a professional career as a songwriter and/or producer.

The subject comprises three equally important areas of study: lyrics, composition, and production. Students also work on presenting their own artistic works and reflecting on their artistic practice in order to develop an independent and professional artistic profile.

Teaching is organised primarily as group instruction.
