Applying process

Applicants for exchange at RAMA must apply through the RAMA online application form (opens 15 January). (LINK WILL FOLLOW)

Deadline

Application deadline is 01 March
After submission of your application an email will be sent to the international coordinator at your home institution, who must nominate/approve your application. The nomination must be done by 10 March, so be sure to be in contact with your home coordinator about this. If your application is not nominated by 10 March, unfortunately we cannot take it into consideration.
We normally open up for applications 15 January.
Admissions decisions will be communicated via email to the applicant and home coordinator, expected end of May.

The application
RAMA will only assess applications that are complete by deadline and include:

Study plan: Study programme, number of ECTS and main subject (the learning agreement will be prepared at a later stage if admitted at RAMA)
Curriculum Vitae
Letter of Motivation
Request for specific teacher
Functional link to Audition recording
Photo
Transcript of records

IMPORTANT DATES

15 January – 01 March – Application system is open.
01 March 00.00 hrs. CET – Strict deadline for complete applications including nominations by home institution and upload of all required documents.
Mid-March – Applications forwarded to the selection committee.
May – Expected reply to submitted applications.
