Chamber music competition

For the first time, the Royal Academy of Music is hosting an internal chamber music competition. The competition is open to all types of chamber ensembles, and all classical students at the Academy have been given the opportunity to participate.

The competition is open to the public, where the audience can experience a range of young chamber music ensembles competing for the jury’s favor. The winning ensemble will subsequently be guaranteed a series of concerts, including performances at the Artos Festival and the Aarhus Chamber Music Festival.

Admission to the competition is free, and visitors are welcome to come and go between the individual ensemble performances. Information about the expected total duration will follow later.

The purpose of the competition is to inspire and develop the chamber music environment at the Royal Academy of Music.
