Lihme x Louise Schrøder x Admeta Strings

Experience a unique musical journey where indie pop, classical music, and sound art merge in a genre-defying concert. Artist Lihme, pianist and composer Louise Schrøder, and Admeta Strings join forces to create an extraordinary concert with new interpretations of songs from Lihme’s debut album Solid|Soft (2023).

Lihme, singer and sound designer, moves through a sonic landscape where indie pop, electronic textures, and an organic aesthetic unfold—blended with her powerful vocals and a self-built synthesizer. Gaffa awarded her debut album five stars, praising its balance between raw diss-tracks and soft sensitivity in both lyrics and sound.

Louise Schrøder, composer and pianist, brings classical depth and elegance to the music. With extensive experience as an arranger and composer, she has transformed Lihme’s songs into piano quartet arrangements, revealing new layers in the music. Louise is a soloist student at the Royal Academy of Music Aarhus and has released several critically acclaimed EPs.

Admeta Strings, featuring violin, viola, and cello for this concert, are known for their dynamic and emotionally charged interpretations, spanning classical, folk, and contemporary pop. In addition to their own concerts and productions, they have recorded film scores and appeared on several releases with renowned artists. Together with Louise Schröder, they form a piano quartet that adds a new dimension to Lihme’s universe.

This concert promises to be a sensory experience where electronic elements, piano, and strings blend seamlessly in Lille Sal. Look forward to an evening of intense emotions, and boundary-pushing musical encounters!

Date & Time: April 25, 2025. Doors open at 19:00. Concert starts at 19:30.
