What happens when you put six songwriters together with six authors in an equal co-creative process, with freedom of method and with the aim of creating new works where text and sound are part of a collective expression?<\/p>\n
Songwriter and lecturer at RAMA Kristina Holgersen investigates in an artistic development project through a series of workshops what can come out of an equal cross-artistic co-creation between songwriters and authors. The project is a corporation with \u201cForfatterskolen\u201d (Authors School) in Copenhagen an involves six songwriter students from RAMA and six students from Forfatterskolen.<\/p>\n
The result of the latest workshop in this project will be presented at a Work Presentation on Friday 4 March at 14.30-15.30 on \u201cKlubscenen\u201d at RAMA, Musikhuset Aarhus.<\/p>\n
Through workshops, video recordings and interviews, Holgersens project attempts to uncover what happens in the artistic meeting between songwriter and author, and how the best framework can be created for the meeting between the two disciplines. The work presentation on 4 March is part of the public presentation of the project. Later in this year, a reflection report and an article in a trade magazine will follow.<\/p>\n
