Students who enroll the academy as part of an official exchange programme i.e. Erasmus or Nordplus or a Bilateral Agreement are exempted from the tuition fee.<\/p>\n<p>Current non-EU\/EEA students, who wish to continue on a master\u2019s degree programme after their bachelor degree at RAMA, are guaranteed a study place at the music teacher programme. If they wish to apply for the musician programme, they must attend the live auditions in January (deadline 01 December using the application form for EU\/EEA citizens \u2013 contact your study coordinator if you have questions)<\/p>\n<h4>For applicants to all programmes<\/h4>\n<p>It is a prerequisite for admission to the programme that you are a competent user of the English language. You must submit the results of an <strong>IELTS<\/strong> test along with your application.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the rules and requirements regarding admission procedure, admission requirements and other information about the programmes are not different to those that apply to the regular programmes.<\/p>\n<p>However, citizens from non-EU\/EEA countries who are applying for a <strong>bachelor programme<\/strong> must upload an unedited video recording (one take) containing the instrumental or vocal part of the entrance examination. Provided that this part of the test is passed, the applicant may be invited for the remaining parts of the entrance examination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specifically for non-EU\/EEA applicants to classical bachelor programmes (instrument\/vocal):<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>First round (main instrument) \u2013 deadline 01 March: You must upload the prepared programme to the application form without scales\/arpeggios and set assignment. Sight reading is omitted.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Second round (set assignment, scales\/arpeggios and piano) \u2013 deadline will be provided once the first round is passed. You must record the set assignment (sent to you 10 days before the deadline); our choice of scales\/arpeggios together with piano as stated in the admission requirements (piano sight reading is omitted). The recordings must be submitted via YouTube-link &#8211; instructions will be in the e-mail, you receive with the set assignment for your main instrument.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Third round (ear training and music theory) \u2013 these tests will be online. You will receive an e-mail with link and date and time (please note that the time is Danish time).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Citizens from non-EU\/EEA countries who are applying for a <strong>master&#8217;s programme<\/strong> or an <strong>advanced postgraduate diploma in music<\/strong> must upload an unedited video recording (one take) containing the whole instrumental or vocal part of the entrance examination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-EU\/EEA applicants for the classical Advanced Postgraduate Diploma (soloist) programme must attend live auditions in Aarhus regardless of nationality.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Visa<\/h4>\n<p><em>We cannot start the visa application until you have paid tuition fee for the first semester. Please note that it may take several months for the visa to be granted, so the sooner we can start the process, the better.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>In order to speed up the visa application process, please<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>accept the study place offer as soon as possible after you receive the admission letter<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>pay the tuition fee as soon as possible after you receive the invoice<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>submit your part of the visa application as soon as possible after you receive the e-mail from us<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the visa is granted, you will get a sticker in your passport, which is a temporary visa valid for 180 days. You have to enter Denmark and register with SIRI (The Danish Immigration Service\/The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration) and Borgerservice before the temporary visa expires.<br \/>\nIf you do not enter Denmark and register in time, your visa will be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">It is a condition for admission and continued enrolment in higher education in Denmark that you have \u2013 or can be granted \u2013 legal residence in Denmark. Educational institutions may receive information from the immigration authorities for use in deciding on admission and the right to enrol in higher education. <span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">You <strong>must<\/strong> have a Danish CPR number (personal identification number) if you move to Denmark and stay here for more than 3 months.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Tuition fee<\/h4>\n<p>The fee will be adjusted every second year. Latest adjustment is february 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuition fee for bachelor programmes<\/strong> per year (two semesters):<br \/>\nDKK 114,578 (approx. \u20ac 15,380)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuition fee for master&#8217;s programmes<\/strong> per year (two semesters):<br \/>\nDKK 114,578 (approx. \u20ac 15,380)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuition fee for advanced postgraduate diploma<\/strong> per year (two semesters):<br \/>\nDKK 58,695 (approx. \u20ac 7,870)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuition fee for advanced postgraduate diploma\/Ensemble <\/strong>per year (two semesters):<br \/>\nEvery student from a non EU\/EEA country applying for advanced postgraduate diploma <em>as part of an ensemble<\/em> will be charged half tuition fee: DKK 29,348 (approx. \u20ac 3,935).<\/p>\n<h4>Payment<\/h4>\n<p>The payment covers the course of tuition and up to three exam attempts, i.e. if you fail to pass exam and wish to attend a new course you will have to pay for this twice. Payment will be per semester. Tuition fee must be prepaid before the beginning of the semester, i.e. 1 June and 1 December. Payment is a prerequisite for the student to begin at the programme\/semester.
