Question of Matter<\/h2>\n

Question<\/span>\u00a0of<\/span>\u00a0Matter<\/span><\/em> is an artistic development project by assistant professor Jakob Thorkild Overgaard that explores the connection between an analogue prehistory of<\/span> digital sound technology and how knowledge of<\/span>\u00a0this can expand musical imagination and possibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project consists\u00a0of<\/span>\u00a0three video works (5\u20137 minutes each) examining the relationship between music and technology, with a focus on digital sound processing rooted in analogue predecessors. It combines original music, text, performance, and graphics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Engaging with ongoing debates about art, technology, and AI,\u00a0Question<\/span>\u00a0of<\/span>\u00a0Matter<\/span><\/em>\u00a0contributes artistically to discussions central to electronic music education.
