In asymmetric power relations, such as teacher-student or manager-employee, there is a special responsibility to ensure that the power relationship is not abused in any way. RAMA expects all managers, employees, students and guests at the institution to cooperate based on these considerations.<\/p>\n<p>It must always be accepted when students or staff say no to unacceptable behavior, even if you believe that it is innocent behavior.<\/p>\n<p>These documents include all those attending RAMA; Employees, students and external partners.
