RAMA will ensure that the principles are known and put into practice. Everyone has a shared responsibility to follow the guide and to take action if behaviour conflicts with its contents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The guide applies to all students, staff and external partners at RAMA. I<span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">t applies to all activities under the umbrella of RAMA \u2013 both academic and social \u2013 on campus, online, and off-campus, e.g. at conferences, concerts, study trips, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The guide is based on RAMA\u2019s\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">core values<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u00a0and describes, amongst other things, the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">study and working environment<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">principles of conduct<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">language policy<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">, and\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">guidelines<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u00a0for support, counselling and reporting in the event of unacceptable behaviour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The guide stems from an initiative by the RAMA Board and the Diversity Committee. The Diversity Committee has led the work and gathered feedback along the way from the RAMA Board, the Student Councils in Aarhus and Aalborg, and the management.
